13. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONEORB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing sales@oneorb.ai with "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" in the subject line.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneOrb.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
